Welcome back to season 2 of Pieces of the mind. First episode back up and running we have Clauia Hiscox a rural photographer, jillaroo, big sister to three little young one's and all round a top woman at the ripe age of 20. Claud like many other women her age has undergone serious mental health battles which lead to suicidal thoughts. Claudia has struggled with an eating disorder, anxiety and self harm. Her mental health battles starter off in her younger years facing very serious anxiety attacks, depression and well it is all in the podcast. My gosh I was lucky to have her first episode back because it is powerful and Claudia should be so proud of how willing she was to tell her story in order to help others. Thank you Claudia.
